Falcon’s Training Programme for U4–U7 academy players focuses on developing basic football skills, coordination, and confidence in a fun and engaging environment. Through age-appropriate games and activities, children improve balance, ball control, teamwork, and love for the game, building a strong foundation for their future football development.

The Foundation Programme (U8–U10) focuses on building strong technical fundamentals and game understanding. Players develop skills such as dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting, while learning basic tactics, teamwork, and decision-making through structured training sessions and small-sided games.

The Youth Programme (U11–U13) focuses on advancing players’ technical ability, tactical awareness, and game intelligence. Training sessions emphasize positioning, teamwork, decision-making, and match scenarios, helping players transition from basic development to a more competitive and structured style of football.

The Youth Programme (U15–U17) focuses on advanced technical development, tactical understanding, and competitive performance. Players work on position-specific skills, game strategy, physical conditioning, and leadership, preparing them for higher-level football and competitive match environments.

The Girls Only Programme (U10–U16) provides a supportive and empowering environment for girls to develop their football skills, confidence, and teamwork. Training focuses on technical development, game understanding, and fitness, while encouraging players to enjoy the game and grow within a positive team culture.
